WILLIAM LANDMAN | MANAGING PRINCIPAL

Mr. Landman is a co-founding and managing principal of MainLine Investment Partners, LLC. Comprising a family of businesses, MainLine Investment Partners invests in operating businesses and real estate assets, and is involved in the control, operation, and ownership of MainLine Private Wealth and Merion Realty Partners. Mr. Landman directs the investment activities, management, and strategic initiatives of MainLine Investment Partners as well as its affiliates, MainLine Private Wealth and Merion Realty Partners. For over 30 years (since 1987), Mr. Landman has also been a principal and senior managing director of CMS Companies, an alternative investments firm that managed approximately $4.2 billion of equity capital commitments over more than three decades with investment strategies that included direct private equity investments, funds of private equity funds, and direct real estate investments. Since 1987, Mr. Landman has had direct or indirect responsibility for the investment strategy for over $3 billion in private equity and real estate capital commitments. He is also a principal at Renovus Capital, an education-oriented SBIC, and is a principal and manager of Merion Residential, a real estate management company.

Mr. Landman currently serves as a board member of Thomas Jefferson University System. He also serves on numerous boards of private equity firms and portfolio companies associated with MainLine or CMS Companies investments.

Prior to joining CMS Companies, Mr. Landman was a partner in Reich & Landman with offices in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Sarasota, Florida, with expertise in transactional corporate practices and the representation of professional athletes. Mr. Landman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Juris Doctor degree from theUniversity of Pittsburgh School of Law.

DAVID CLAPPER | PRINCIPAL

Mr. Clapper is a co-founding principal of MainLine Investment Partners, LLC and spends the majority of his time identifying, performing due diligence on, and managing investments in operating businesses and real estate assets. Mr. Clapper is also involved in the control, operation, and ownership of MainLine Private Wealth and Merion Realty Partners. Mr. Clapper serves as an executive officer for MainLine Investment Partners and each of its companies, and assists Mr. Landman in directing investment, management, and strategic initiatives for the entire organization. Mr. Clapper has also been an executive officer of CMS Companies since 2008, beginning his tenure as controller and CFO and later becoming a principal. He is also a principal and officer of Merion Residential, a real estate management company.

Prior to joining CMS Companies, Mr. Clapper was a senior manager with Ernst & Young LLP’s assurance and advisory practice where he served the firm’s Philadelphia and New York real estate, private equity, hedge fund, banking, and investment advisory clients and was an adjunct professor at Drexel University. He was a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, and until recently, maintained his CPA license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Clapper holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

RICHARD MITCHELL | PRINCIPAL AND GENERAL COUNSEL

Mr. Mitchell is a co-founding principal of MainLine Investment Partners, LLC. Comprising a family of businesses, MainLine Investment Partners invests in operating businesses and real estate assets, and is involved in the control, operation, and ownership of MainLine Private Wealth and Merion Realty Partners. Mr. Mitchell serves as general counsel and an executive officer for MainLine Investment Partners and each of its companies. Mr. Mitchell has also been an executive officer and general counsel of CMS Companies for over 30 years (since 1986). He is a principal and officer of Merion Residential, a real estate management company.

Mr. Mitchell is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars. He is Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Walnut Street Theatre.

Prior to joining CMS Companies, Mr. Mitchell was an attorney at Fox Rothschild LLP in Philadelphia, with expertise in corporate and securities law. Mr. Mitchell holds Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science degrees in industrial administration from Carnegie-Mellon University and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School.

John Adams | Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Adams serves as chief financial officer of MainLine Investment Partners, LLC. He is also CFO and executive officer of various related businesses, including MainLine Private Wealth, LLC and Merion Realty Partners. Mr. Adams manages the partnership and corporate financial teams of MainLine Investment Partners and each of its companies, and directs the technology environment of the organization. Mr. Adams also focuses on various corporate investments for MainLine Investments Partners. He is a registered securities principal and principal manager of MainLine Securities, a registered broker-dealer, as well as CFO of Merion Residential, a real estate management company. Mr. Adams has been associated with CMS Companies since 2009, beginning his tenure as a controller and later becoming CFO.

Mr. Adams is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and holds his CPA license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining CMS, Mr. Adams spent five years with the Philadelphia office of Ernst & Young LLP, where he worked with a mixture of public and private clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clearwater Christian College.

Alex Chadwick | Vice President, Private Equity

Mr. Chadwick serves as Vice President, Private Equity at MainLine Investment Partners, LLC. Mr. Chadwick focuses on various corporate investments for MainLine Investment Partners. His responsibilities include sourcing and execution of new investments and portfolio management.

Previously, Mr. Chadwick was an associate with Harris Williams & Co., a middle-market investment bank, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and multiple industry verticals, including business services and industrials. Mr. Chadwick graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration and honors in finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Matthew Hopper | Controller

Mr. Hopper serves as the Controller for MainLine Investment Partners, LLC. Mr. Hopper’s responsibilities include the oversight and management of quarterly and annual fund financial reporting and administration as well as the oversight of fund-level cash flows. Additionally, Mr. Hopper assists with fund-level regulatory reporting and compliance.

For eight years prior to joining MainLine, Mr. Hopper held various accounting management positions at KPMG LLP, most recently as a Senior Manager in the firm’s Audit practice, where he focused on real estate and private equity funds and advisors. Mr. Hooper obtained his Bachelors of Business Administration and Masters of Science in Accounting from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Hopper is a Certified Public Accountant.

Donna Rittershausen | Compliance Officer

Ms. Rittershausen serves as a compliance officer for MainLine Investment Partners. Ms. Rittershausen has been working in the financial services industry for more than 30 years and has specialized in SEC and FINRA regulatory compliance for the last 20 years. She has been at CMS Companies in various capacities since 1993 and is also associated with MainLine Investment Partners and its investment-related affiliates. She holds various FINRA licenses and is a registered securities principal and principal manager of MainLine Securities, a registered broker-dealer, and serves as Chief Compliance Officer for both MainLine Securities and MainLine Private Wealth.

Prior to joining CMS, Ms. Rittershausen worked for five years as a sales assistant for institutional money manager, Newbold’s Asset Management in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
